A Message from Charles Virtue
In this ever changing, evolving and growing world, it can sometimes be difficult to find you
place or find your ‘purpose’. With New Years right around the corner, it is normal for people
to begin examining their lives and making lists of what they want for the future. I may sound
redundant (for those who have met me) when I say this, but in times like these it is most
vital to remember that we only want to concentrate on what we want because our thoughts
create our reality. I will expand on this a bit….
We talk a lot about how the Angels are here to help us, how they give us guidance and
signs to help direct us towards our purpose and our correct path. I am often asked that if
the Angels are so powerful and see everything, why don’t they just fix everything for us?
Why is it that the Angles don’t make themselves known or apparent to everyone? I
sympathize completely with these questions and I do have answers.
Before each of us are born into this lifetime we are given certain choices regarding what
type of life will best suit the soul evolvement we are here for. We then have a determined
set of ‘goals’ for which we come to earth to work on, and the Angels are here to help us with
this. They give us cues and messages relating to each situation or decision we face in our
life. The saying I like to use is, “The Angels are here to guide and protect, not lead and
direct.” If the Angels do all the work for us then what is the point of being alive? Instead they
have given humanity the gift of guidance, and I could not be more thankful for this gift.

Shopping for presents
I recently overheard a conversation that involved two small children and what appeared to
be their grandparents. The children were enthusiastically sharing with their ‘grandparents’
the story behind and the purpose of the toys they were carrying with them. The part that
especially caught my attention was when one of the children began talking about how his
toy, or character, had a ‘mission’ – complete with ‘enemies’ and ‘bad guys.’ I began to think
about the energetic sentiment of being so nonchalant in passive conversation about the
principal of having ‘enemies’, or being a good guy or a bad guy. It saddened me in a way
that this seems to be among the many sources that ready us as adults to segregate and
fear those that seem to be different. I don’t feel as if this is a deliberate action on behalf of
the toy manufactures, nor the ones that created these characters; instead I believe that this
is an outdated mentality stemming from tribal days.
I share this to serve as a notice that perhaps, among all the evolution humanity is
experiencing, we should allow our children to grow up without this pre-programmed knowing
that we have ‘enemies’. Some may argue to this that knowing who to trust, part of our
survival instinct. And to that I answer: “Someone has got to start the change or no one will.
Lets start that change”.
So this holiday season, when you are out purchasing gifts especially for children, follow
your unique guidance as to what to buy. If you can, take just a second out once you have
made your selection to ask yourself, “Does this toy, even innocently, condone violence?” I
think you will find that the less energy our children spend on ‘defending’ or ‘defeating’
virtual entities, the more time they can spend in the real world developing on a soul level.

Angel Messages

I have been working with a lot of you. Have you felt it? In the ringing in of this new-year
comes a lot of change for humanity, and as you all continue to evolve you might find that
your urge to help others has increased. I want to help you to fulfill this guidance by giving
you some examples of what you can do to make a difference.
First of all, help those close to you realize the power of love and forgiveness. Explain to
those willing to listen that by changing just one negative thought per day with a feeling of
love and/or forgiveness, even if the process confuses them, will make a huge impact on
their lives. No one has to know you are doing this, so please do not be shy. Change starts
from within and the first step to change is love.
The next time you are irritated by someone in public, at work or at home, take that
opportunity to simply affirm to yourself, “I replace these feelings with love and forgiveness”.
If everyone did this at least once a day, I truly believe your world would be a noticeably
happier place.
More and more people are becoming aware of the angels around them, the power of
following the guidance they receive, so please do not ever feel alone. Just know that your
guidance is real, you are meant to help heal the world.
Start one situation at a time, and feel the improvement.
